François Marchand-Savoie is Regional Director, Sales for Canada and the U.S. Midwest at LOGISTEC. He leads business development initiatives across the region, with a strong focus on strategic accounts in the steel sector, as well as breakbulk and project cargo.
He is recognized for developing logistics solutions and competitive commercial strategies in close collaboration with operational teams and port and rail partners, supporting sustainable growth and long-term customer relationships.
François holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and is a Certified Port Executive (CPE), with additional training in hazardous materials, emergency planning, and maritime security.
