Carl Delisle, CPA auditor, is LOGISTEC’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Carl joined LOGISTEC in 2018 as Corporate Controller. He was appointed Vice-President in 2020 and CFO in May 2022
Carl is an accomplished and driven leader, who has made significant contributions to LOGISTEC’s financial performance, stakeholder relations and market knowledge to accelerate the growth plan. He has a solid understanding of the connection between an engaged workforce, solid IT systems and the use of strategic data, leading to actionable insights.
Carl has held key financial roles in various industries for over 20 years. He was Certifications Director at PwC from 2002 to 2008, and Corporate Director, Accounting and Consolidation, at Transat from 2008 to 2011. He then joined Rona as Corporate Director, Accounting and Financial Information in 2011 and was named Director, Investor Relations, Cash Management and Insurance in 2012. Before joining LOGISTEC, he was Vice‑President, Corporate Controller at Canam, which he had joined in 2013 as Corporate Controller.
Carl holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC). He holds the designation of CPA auditor
